There's speculation the former bandmates will reunite for the judges' houses stage of the show
Mel B may be famed for her mischievous nature and when it comes to her new role on The X Factor it seems she's looking forward to causing excitement on the show!
Mel – known in her girlband days as "Scary Spice", posted a photo of her with former bandmate Victoria Beckham on her Twitter page, along with the caption: "Watch out – we mean business ;)"

The image showed the pair in suits looking serious and triggered speculation that Mel will be asking Victoria to be her guest at the judges' houses stage of the competition, where she would help Mel decide which contestants to take through to the live shows.
The pair enjoyed huge success as part of the Spice Girls in the 1990s along with fellow bandmates Emma Bunton, Geri Halliwell and Mel C. Victoria, also known as Posh, had a solo music career but is now focused on fashion.
Mel B was announced as a new judge for the UK version of The X Factor earlier this month, and will join returning judge Cheryl Cole, veteran judge Louis Walsh and show boss Simon Cowell on the panel. Auditions for singing hopefuls have been taking place across the UK.
