Elle Macpherson swears by her health food supplement Super Elixir, Miranda Kerr is green juice devotee, but pop star Lily Allen has surprised everyone by revealing that the humble crisp to thank for her 'banging body'.
The increasingly slender Brit singer, 29, revealed her diet secrets whilst being interviewed by Australian 2Day FM Breakfast hosts Sophie Monk and Merrick Watts on Monday.
'I just eat a lot of crisps, I'm not really eating a lot of proper meals [while on tour],' said Lily.

The Sheezus singer, who is Down Under promoting her new album, first debuted her dramatically slimmed down figure at the beginning of the year.
The hit maker previously revealed to Ok! magazine that she gained three stone during her pregnancy with her second daughter Marnie Rose, saying she 'found comfort in food'.
But the singer who gave birth in January 2013 has since slimmed down to 8st and is now a size 8.

The pink haired mother-of-two showed off her enviable figure and toned midriff sporting an array of provocative outfits while performing at Byron Bay's Splendour In the Grass and Sydney's The Standard Bowl at the weekend.
The pop singer said her slimmed down size was a combination of 'working out' and 'dancing' but also revealed she struggles to eat regular meals whilst touring.
'I think it's touring and dancing and probably, you know, the not wanting to eat room service thing.
'I don't really like food being mass produced, you look at those kitchens and they're huge just I don't like it.'
The down to earth daughter of Keith Allen says she often forgoes ordering in and instead preferring to nip to the local supermarket and make her own ham and cheese sandwiches.
The It's Not Fair singer is in the midst of a two-week whirlwind tour of Australia that's included gigs in Melbourne, Sydney and Byron Bay and while she might have only been in the country since Tuesday she's already managed to get herself in a spot of bother.

The prankster uploaded a shot of her being handcuffed by the Australian Federal Police to social media after she stepped off a flight to the Gold Coast ahead of her Splendour performance.
