Lily Allen has been flaunting her impressive weight loss in a number of revealing stage outfits recently but for those wanting tips as to how she has shed the pounds, they probably shouldn't take her advice, as the singer reveals she has been living on a diet of crisps while travelling around to promote her latest album.
The 'Hard Out Here' singer has noticeably been sporting a slimmer figure in recent months, showing off her taut and toned abs and shrinking waist in a series of crop tops and flaunting her enviable legs in short dresses.

While there's no denying Lily has been looking great recently, it doesn't sound as though she's following the healthiest diet as the 29-year-old reveals she barely has time to eat while jetting around the world for performances, resorting to junk food.
"I just eat a lot of crisps, I'm not really eating a lot of proper meals [while on tour]," Lily told Australia's 2Day FM.
"Only when I'm able to get to a restaurant. I think it's touring and dancing and probably, you know, the not wanting to eat room service thing."

She added: "I don't really like food being mass produced, you look at those kitchens and they're huge, just I don't like it."
That's not the only thing the 'Air Balloon' singer, who is mother to daughters Ethel, three, and Marnie, one, has been candid about as she has also opened up about her three-year marriage to builder and decorator Sam Cooper.
"I still don't feel worthy of my husband. He's an amazing person. I am very lucky to even have contact with someone like that never mind be married to them and have children," Lily gushed to Channel 9's Today.
Lily has certainly been stirring up her fair share of trouble while Down Under as the singer is reported to have gotten a couple of police officers in trouble after she asked them to handcuff her for a photo.

According to BBC News, the Australian Federal Police (AFP) have stated that the photo, which was taken as a joke and posted on her Instagram account, had "breached" police regulations and was now being investigated.
"At her request, the members involved placed open handcuffs on Ms Allen for a photo opportunity," an AFP spokeswoman said.
"It appears the members involved were caught up in the moment and standard protocols were breached." The image has now been removed from Lily's Instagram page.
