Jul 30th 2014, 07:55, by TMZ Staff Justin Bieber is moving out of the Beverly Hills condo he's turned upside down with parties and pot ... and he's seriously thinking of moving into Candy Spelling's opulent building ... TMZ has learned. Real estate sources tells us ... Justin has taken the hint he's unwelcome in the condo where police came 6 times in a single weekend to clamp down on the rager he was throwing on the roof.  We're told he's planning on moving by the end of September. As for where ...  our sources say he's narrowed it down to 2 L.A. options ... a house, or The Century -- an uber-posh complex in Century City where Candy Spelling plunked down $47 mil for 2 floors. Justin has been using his Bev Hills condo as party central, for the likes of Johnny Manziel, Floyd Mayweather, Tyrese and Tyga.    Candy has her own private pool with a spectacular view of the city, so ... We called Candy for comment, but she didn't get back to us.  She's probably packing.
