But in an interview back in April 2010 after the birth of her first son George, Eva admitted to Elle magazine that she does rely on some help when it comes to balancing her professional and personal lives.
She said: 'I didn't want to have a nanny at first. I wanted to do everything on my own. But the best advice I can give is to have some sort of help.
'I believe that I bring positivity into the relationship by having a career,' she noted sagely.
'Working gives me personal satisfaction and it's enriching for my son.'
Up, up and away: Gregorio appeared to almost be trying to carry Eva
