Yeah, we think it's safe to say she's either knocked up or she's messing with us (which we certainly wouldn't put past her).
Naturally, it's too soon to say with any certainty that Khloe is expecting (Again, she is quite the jokester.), but we'd expect her to make some sort of statement about this photo and the Internet's reaction to it within the next few days.
Khloe gave a joint interview with French Montana yesterday, in which the rapper stated that he abstains from sex, drugs, and alcohol during Ramadan, so if you happen to be out in LA tonight, and you see French popping bottles in a celebratory mood, you can take it as a definite sign that he knocked Khloe up.
