Lupita Nyong'o has graced plenty of magazine covers over the last year but her spread for Vogue may just be her most gorgeous yet, and it may also be one of her most candid interviews to date with the Oscar-winner revealing how she's finding life in the spotlight and "following" Jennifer Lawrence.
Featuring on the cover of the fashion bible's July issue marking her first ever appearance on the front of the mag, Lupita looks as stunning as ever wearing a purple and red-patterned dress from Prada's Fall 2014 RTW collection as she flashes that award-winning smile.

In the accompanying interview, Lupita opened up on the moment she was announced as the winner of the Best Supporting Actress gong for her critically-acclaimed role in 12 Years a Slave – and she was thinking about how she didn't want to trip up the stairs like Jennifer Lawrence.
"It's not cute if you follow Jennifer Lawrence — it's not cute if you're the second one!" Lupita told Vogue.
Lupita, 31, also opened up on what it has been like to be trailed by the paparazzi since her stardom has grown over the last year.
"It just feels like the entertainment industry exploded into my life," she explained. "People who seemed so distant all of a sudden were right in front of me and recognising me -- before I recognised them!"
Recalling the first time she was photographed by the paparazzi, Lupita added: "For a split second I looked behind me to see who they were flashing at -- and it was me! That was, I think, the beginning of the end of my anonymity."
