There was a minor battle of the beauties going on behind the red carpet and smiles at the amFAR Gala in Cannes - specifically between Leonardo DiCaprio's current squeeze Toni Garrn and his ex Bar Refaeli.
Toni and Leonardo this month celebrate their one year anniversary of dating. Bar and Leonardo began dating in November 2005 and eventually broke up six years later in May 2011, although at the time it was reported they were still friends.
On the amFAR red carpet in Cannes on Thursday night although German model Toni's slinky sliver dress was a definite wow, she was completely upstaged by Israeli model Bar in a effortlessly sexy red dress from Roberto Cavalli that was a true knockout.

Earlier in the week Toni's boyfriend, Leonardo DiCaprio spent Monday evening dancing up close with model Katie Cleary at Gotha nightclub in Cannes - but Toni appears to be taking it all in her stride.
The 21-year-old Victoria's Secret model was pictured heading out to a party at the 67th annual film festival, held by Swiss jewellery company, De Grisogono at the Hotel Du Cap, Eden Roc in Cannes.
With a smile fixed on her face, she looked like she didn't have a care in the world as the posed for photographers.

The German stunner stepped out in a long white bandeau Elie Saab dress which had a quirky strap and a thigh-split detail - and she carried a gold and white box clutch.
With her blonde locks tied back into a loose up 'do, the gorgeous girl let her natural beauty do the talking.
Before heading out, Toni uploaded a stunning picture of herself to her Twitter page which showed her getting ready, along with the caption: 'Ok let's go #cannes2014 #degrisogono night @eliesaabworld.'

Toni met her boyfriend, Leo, 39, at last year's Cannes film festival, but this year, he raised a few eyebrows with his partying with married Katie, 32.
The Titanic star looked very cosy with his new friend, who shot to fame on the first series of America's Next Top Model back in 2003, as they engaged in conversation with Leo whispering into her ear.
Katie, 32, shot to fame on the first series of America's Next Top Model while she was still a college student, before landing the role of 'briefcase beauty' on popular game show Deal Or No Deal.

And it would seem she's quite the Little Miss Popular at Cannes Film Festival, and was spotted out and about with actor Adrian Grenier in the French city earlier in the day.
